Warehouse 7

The construction of Warehouse 7 is now complete.

Warehouse 7 comprises approximately 4,000m2 net internal lettable area. The new warehouse accommodates 28 small footprint warehouse tenancies, ideally suited to wholesalers or providores looking to consolidate their operations at the market to reduce handling, transport and labour costs.

Warehouse 7 includes a 4,200 m2 rooftop with 1110 solar panels providing a capacity of 460.65 kW.
