Access card annual renewal invoices are on their way!

Over the coming week all Market businesses will receive their invoice for renewal of access cards.A few weeks ago, all businesses should have received a letter from the MMA asking you to confirm which access cards you would like to renew prior to the common access card expiry date of 30 April 2018.
In case you’ve missed it, here are the quick facts:

  • All access cards expire annually on 30 April each year.
  • Renewal invoices are being sent to all Market businesses in the coming week.
  • Be sure to pay your invoice by the due date to roll over all current access cards and secure your access to the Market.
  • If your unsure about any items listed on your invoice contact the Customer Service Centre.
  • Avoid the queues and pay your invoice via BPAY. Look for details on invoice.

Questions about your invoice? Speak to the Customer Service Centre from 4:00am to 11:00am Monday to Friday on 9258 6123, visit them in person or drop them an email via cashiers@melbournemarket.com.au.
