Greengrocery training program update

The MMA announced in 2016 it was working with Melbourne Polytechnic to establish a Greengrocery training program to address a lack of formal training and qualifications in the industry, which has been a longstanding issue.

The subjects and course content required for a Certification 2 and 3 in Greengrocery has been completed and reviewed externally.

There are a couple of further steps required before enrolments are expected to open in December this year.

More information will be available in the Winter edition of Marketfresh News, due out next month.
