The Good Food Show attracts over 25,000 ‘food lovers’ each year and is reknown for its interactive exhibition showcasing food, wine, kitchens, appliances and accessories. Based on successful participation since 2001, Melbourne Markets has a large display area for the promotion of fresh fruit and vegetables featuring cooking demonstrations and produce sampling.

HARVEST PICNICS

The Spring and Summer Harvest Picnics are outdoor food and wine events featuring food and wine producers, held each year in Werribee Park and Hanging Rock.

Melbourne Markets co-ordinates a number of produce groups with fresh fruit & veg sampling and sales, featuring cooking demonstrations with high profile chefs such as Gabriel Gate.

A competition is also run with Fruit & Veg retailers for their customers to win tickets to the event.
